2. Nature of the editorial content
This site is an independent informational catalogue and review publication covering resort hotels, destination properties, and leisure accommodation across the regions we assess.

3. Ownership of this material
All original text, tier structures, analytical scorecards, styling, marks, and design elements belong exclusively to the publication and its licensors.
A limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence permits viewing and printing individual pages for personal planning. It does not permit you to:
- Copy, circulate, republish, or syndicate our reviews without our express written permission.
